69: Itsuwari no Bishou - Episode 1

In this episode, Izumi, a teacher with a sexual kink for high school girls, is shown in intimate encounters with both his adult partner, Maho, and his student, Aoi Midori. His affair with Maho is shown in multiple scenes, including a night waking up together and a later sexual encounter in the bedroom. Simultaneously, Izumi pursues his crush, Aoi, who he admires for her academic excellence and "great girl" status. After Aoi fails her academic tests, she asks Izumi for help. This request leads to a series of increasingly aggressive sexual encounters with him. The first encounter takes place in the bathroom, where Izumi penetrates Aoi, tearing open her hymen, which she finds painful. He continues penetrating her despite her pleas until she cries in pleasure. Their second encounter takes place in the corridor, which results in Aoi peeing after he withdraws. Their final encounter occurs in the school infirmary, where Aoi, still in pain, becomes aroused by Izumi's increasingly large cock. The episode also includes a scene where Maho and Aoi have their own sexual encounter. Throughout the episode, Maho expresses concern over Izumi's infidelity, and Aoi confesses her attraction to him.
