Koumi-jima: Shuu 7 de Umeru Mesu-tachi - Episode 2

Seiichi wakes up after a night of non-stop sex with Konomi, the eldest Tachibana daughter. Konomi is already pregnant and gives birth to twins. Immediately after, she proposes marriage and vows to spend her life getting pregnant by Seiichi. Seiichi engages in multiple sex scenes with Konomi, including swallowing his cum. Kaori, Konomi's mother, thanks Seiichi for impregnating her daughter and pleads to be used by him herself. Riana, Konomi's younger sister, initially scorns sex but is quickly overcome by Seiichi's powerful pheromones. She masturbates while watching Seiichi and Konomi having sex in their home. Riana eventually gives in, begging to be bred. Seiichi then takes Riana in missionary position while Konomi is present. Riana declares she will become a "lowly female" just to bear his children, feeling her head flooded with pleasure as Seiichi pumps her full of cum.
