Rakuen Shinshoku: Island of the Dead - Episode 2

Ayumi flees monsters after a party. Dr. Hanna activates a device but is tentacle-raped, her tits tormented, giving birth while climaxing ("birthgasm") to tentacle babies. She leaks milk. Ayumi hides in a shelter with her companion, but Bartolo appears and takes over. Bartolo's guards gang-rape Toudou-san while Keigo-san watches. Keigo-san is then forced to lose his virginity to Toudou-san. Both are told they will breed monsters. Ayumi finds her parents Kayako and Papa already breeding with tentacles. Her brother "Onii-chan" (a tentacle) rapes Ayumi, impregnating her with his "love egg" through her pussy and asshole. She dreams of a new world with him. Ayumi wakes from the nightmare.
